In the late 1990's, many financial groups have suffered the pain of bankrupcy : Enron, Worldcom. Nowadays, we can observe the same symptoms of the same disease : greed.

History is repeating itself over and over again. This time, we can see that the victims are giants :  Freddie and Fannie, Lehman Brothers, Merill Lynch. These failures raised many burning issues.
Will the regulators do something ? What are the causes of these corporate failures ? What are the ingredients of these financial disasters? And will the responsible will have to pay the price of their greed? What can be really done  if companies have a bad behavior

Since the USA have failed in keeping the assets of its citizens, will the developing nations, and the BRICS devise relevant rules and implementing them ?  Emerging countries like China countries have imitated US' experiences in innovating new standards. But all the countries have to take into account the plea of corruption. What chances people like you and me have in protecting their  belongings among of natural disasters and economic upheavals ?

Of course, there is a need for governance. Governance, maybe one of the most "beautiful" buzzword ever. What is behind "governance"? How could it be implemented ?
